I had to switch to a different size for my coat. They made the whole thing pretty simple. I do wish they’d include the return slip and not hit me with a $10 fee, though. I dropped $300 on these coats!

This coat is crafted really well and comes with a bunch of pockets. The hood is quite big but you can take it off if you want. Just a heads up, the sizing is on the smaller side. If you're usually an XL, you should go for an XXL. It warms up quickly and the battery life is decent. However, it doesn't keep you as toasty as I'd prefer in 20 degrees or colder, so you might wanna throw on a sweatshirt or something underneath. The sleeves aren’t heated, and I found my arms getting chilly since the coat isn’t super thick. Aside from that, it’s a solidly built coat.

The vest showed up fast, but the pocket zipper was busted. They swapped it out right away. I'm really into the vest; it performs nicely, and the fabric is solid. Plus, it came with a handy pouch that’ll be perfect for my motorcycle trips.

OMG! This vest is fantastic! Working with a commercial crabber means I’m often out on the water, and a lot of that time is spent before dawn when it gets really chilly. I usually pile on layers, which can be quite uncomfortable. I picked up this vest to help reduce the bulk. I’m already a fan! It warms up right away and keeps my torso nice and toasty. It’s lightweight enough to fit under a sweatshirt while I’m out on the water, and it looks great over a shirt when I’m hitting the town. It even comes with a handy carrying case, but honestly, I probably won’t use it much since I wear this vest all the time!

What I got in the mail was a real head-scratcher, not the heated women's vest I ordered. Customer service told me that Amazon messed up and sent the wrong thing. They're looking into it after I sent them the box label and the puzzle I got.
